These are some terrific exercises to do in the morning and at night to burn those hard to tone areas!
Do this every morning when you wake up, and every night before you sleep. I guarantee you’ll see results in a week flat!

Disclaimer: You will not lose fat simply by doing these exercises. You must also incorporate cardio into your routine. Fat loss is achieved with a caloric deficit and you’re less likely to get that deficit if you only do strength training. HOWEVER, working these areas will help to boost your metabolism. Successful weight loss will come from a combination of these. :)
